Retrieval policy

At Azad, we ensure that all orders arrive in perfect condition to the specified shipping address. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the product for a refund as per our return policy

Refund conditions
The following conditions must be met for a refund to be possible:

  • Refund request within 48 hours of receipt
  • The product differs from the description provided by the company
  • The product must not have been opened
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • The product must not have been used
  • The product must not have caused any damage
  • Perishable goods are completely excluded from returns
  • All returns are checked to ensure that the above conditions are met
  • If the product does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right not to issue a refund

Proof of payment

To process a refund, we need an invoice, purchase order or other proof of purchase, and we will not be able to issue a refund without any of these proofs of payment

Sale Products

Only regular priced products can be returned. Unfortunately, products sold during sales or promotions cannot be returned

Shipped products

  • Visit any of our retail stores to return your products purchased from our online store
  • You should make sure that the goods are properly packaged so that they are not damaged during transportation
  • Our staff will process your return or replacement of the products in question
  • If the product arrives to us damaged or used beyond what is necessary to reasonably inspect it, we may refuse the return
