At Azad, we ensure that all orders arrive in perfect condition to the specified shipping address.
Delivery within two to three days in Cairo and Giza.
Please note that official business hours are Saturday through Friday, excluding public holidays, and deliveries usually take place between 10am and 10pm.
The delivery time starts from the day of the order until the first attempt by a shipping company employee to deliver the product.
If no one is available to pick up the package, our carrier will usually follow any delivery instructions provided, in case they are unable to deliver the order, the driver may return the product(s) to the nearest branch and call to reschedule the delivery. If no action is taken, the carrier will usually retry the delivery on the next business day. Please note that a redelivery attempt will only be made once, 24 hours after the delivery date.
If the delivery is refused without giving reasons or the product is defective, we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the shipping value only. If the product is damaged due to the customer’s delayed delivery, 100% of the order value will be charged.
The customer is responsible for failed deliveries that result from an issue at the address they provided, if they refuse delivery or the recipient no longer lives at the address provided.
The product must be ordered before 2pm or the delivery date will be extended to an additional business day.
